let me tell you my story...
Since I was a child, I've been fascinated with storytelling.
In high school, I made an Instagram account for our boys and girls basketball teams so our fans could feel involved even when they couldn't attend. We made it to States three of the four years. By the end of this time, I knew I wanted to do this as my career.
Summer 2018, I got an apprenticeship with Center for Arts-Inspired Learning in Cleveland, where I got professional photography training.
October 2019 - February 2020
While I was a freshman at Cleveland State University, I was able to shadow the Cavs Team Photographer and the Monsters Social Coordinator at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. With this hands on experience, getting involved with a pro sports team didn't seem that far-fetched.
Summer - Fall 2020
As society was learning to operate in the midst of the pandemic, I saw this as an opportunity to build my brand as someone who could bring pro-level content to local high schools, families, and other businesses.
Winter 2021 - Spring 2022
In January 2021, I started working with Cavs Youth Sports, which was the start of my involvement with the Cavaliers.
Summer 2021, I travelled with Cavs Youth Sports to create content for our social platforms during our Summer Tour.
By the end of the summer, I had become pretty well known among creatives in Cleveland.
In Fall 2021, I was officially hired as a part-time employee by the Cleveland Cavaliers, covering SSOP's, Entertainment, the Cleveland Charge, and of course, Youth Sports.
Summer 2023- Present
In the summer of 2023, a few months after I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from CSU, I joined the Cavs at a full time capacity to do marketing for Youth Sports, as well as assist with content around the organization as a whole.
Now, I want to use my experience and expertise to help tell other people's stories, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
